By accessing and using Lens ("the App"), developed by Green Spark Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
Lens is a universal search hub that allows users to enter keywords and select a platform to execute a search. The App constructs a search URL and redirects you to the chosen platform's website. Lens does not aggregate, cache, or display search results — it is a redirection tool only.
Use of the Service
You agree to use Lens only for lawful purposes. You shall not:
Use the App in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
Use automated means to access the App for purposes of scraping or data extraction
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
Third-Party Platforms
Lens redirects you to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of any third-party platform. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms and policies.
Intellectual Property
The Lens application, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Green Spark Studio. Platform names, logos, and trademarks displayed in the App belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Lens is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that search URLs will always function correctly, as third-party platforms may change their URL structures.
Limitation of Liability
Green Spark Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to any issues arising from third-party platform redirections.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
